The chef from Lleida, Ivan Pascual, presented details of his participation in the World Chocolate Masters contest organized by the company Cacao Barry.

The event took place in the incomparable setting of the Sala La Canonja in La Seu Vella, and has served to share the project and thanks to the partners who collaborate in this journey that will take the Lleida chef to the world final.

The chef thanked by naming one by one all the partners that through contributions of economic resources and also in some cases of product, components or services should allow to arrive in Paris next October with guarantees of doing a great role.

In this way, Ivan Pascual has highlighted the participation of Honey Alemán, the milky multinational Debica, Grupo Pons and Soc Chef, who will provide honey, dairy products, extra virgin oil and gastronomic components respectively, for their creations, or Preassembled Pujol that will collaborate in the calculations of structures up to one and a half meters high that will have to be done.



He also highlighted the collaboration of the administrations, such as the Town Hall of his Almenar natal and Diputació de Lleida, always supporting projects of the territory, others such as the Gremi de Pastissers, and institutional projects such as the Candidature for World Heritage of La Seu Vella.

Lastly, he mentioned the participation of companies that are collaborating as Events 91, bringing light and sound to their actions, the Oma Communication Agency, which has managed the sponsorship plan and gives visibility to the project to the different channels, CactuSoup, the creative studio that designs the figures and forms of the creations of the chef or Cal Gumer, a company owned by the chef who contributes their structure and their gastronomic experiences to all events.

The event ended with an experience dinner offered by Cal Gumer Events, where the chef made an original proposal that mixes sweet and salty with his Sweet Dinner.
